        To me it looks like the knight is looking at Hornet and thinking that, and Hornet is looking at her nonverbal void touched half-brother like “wtf”

            Mostly Hornet’s expression and the positioning of the text and the arrow. Plus, knowledge of the characters… The knight has no real personality in game, Hornet has tons

      I thought Hornet is the Pale King’s biological daughter while the Knight is kinda like a rejected experiment that crawled out of his homunculus lab.

        The knight, like the other vessels, is a child of the Pale King and the White Lady, likely injected / modified with Void when still in the egg.
