There’s a well known peacock on the University of Victoria campus who made it there from Beacon Hill Park. This photo looks like it’s taken in the Student Union Building there.
Is that the Royal Roads campus? Because they’re also all over Royal Roads! And would hang out by doors like this.
I had a similar situation at the community college I attend, but instead of a peacock, it was a turkey. One was banging on a nearby glass door and the windows next to them. It was annoying more than anything.
I mean, wild turkeys are pretty common in some areas. Depends where you were I suppose.
Been in places with turkeys around and they totally do that. More importantly, they chuckle nervously at loud noises and a group of them together sound like a low-energy laugh track. It pairs well with Seinfeld bits.
