It seems like overnight everyone decided the wide leg hip huggers were back in style. And I remember someone telling me 25 years ago that I should keep mine so this wasn’t entirely unexpected.
Omg are hip huggers and flares finally coming back? That’s amazing news!! I fucking hate wearing high waist pants and in the last few years that’s basically all one can find. Same with skinny pants. The joke is about the date. If you’re not from the US it might be a miss - I’m not sure how significantly 9/11/2001 is remembered outside of the states.
