For further context, the US population is estimated to be around 340 million.

The US census classifies that 61.5% of the US population is of white ethnicity in 2020, or 38.4% “other”. With a population of 331,449,281, that gives 127,276,523. Which gives you some idea of where the 100 million came from and thus the real aim here.
More specifically, Trump signed an executive order for ICE to disregard the 14th Amendment, which was passed to give citizenship to former slaves.

You don’t need to be a citizen to be subject to law enforcement, the only exceptions are people with diplomatic immunity.
I think there should be bare minimum human rights for all, not just citizens, but that’s not the case currently.
