My only complaint about this is that if you need to email the company first off there isn’t a way to do that.

You HAVE to reply to an email in order to use that address. No new emails can be composed with it. At least as far as I’ve ever seen.

I think their experience was common about that time. Move to today, synapse is way better, the x clients are way better, encryption tends to “just work”, etc.

Might still not be what people want entirely but I can vouch for the marked improvements.

Reading the article I can understand changing the name. Nura might even be fine.

For me graphene and the like only enshrine the dominance of the two OSs, especially while governments seem all too happy to make laws that do the same.

We need more options to make sure all the functions of our digital lives are not beholden to two corporations. And make no mistake, Android despite being “open” is beholden to Google.

That’s my angle anyhow. Sure, it’s not fully open source but it will enforce actual openness more than using offshoots of the main two. Jmho.

Sailfish is about the best you can get that’s not based on one of the two main OSs. Normal people could use it and it’s got the best shot to make inroads. Even if it’s just a foothold til postmarket or something else comes along I find that huge.

For real. Never had any experience like such with hotels. And thankfully had experiences like yours as well (local treats in our room when we showed up.)

Hotels are great IMO… I’ll never stay in an airbnb for so many reasons but primarily because they’ve fucked housing markets around the world.
