It’s a pretty good article, and, while the headline is pretty accurate, it doesn’t do the content justice.
I don’t know anything about their situation and neither do you. I’ve known parents at 16/18 who did a good job (with help of their parents), and I know adult parents who should have had a snip the moment they were born. Sure it’s going to be hard for teenagers, but it doesn’t mean it’s going to be bad.
