Lol at least Zorg admitted to being evil.
I don’t want aliens finding his dna in billions of years and reviving him. Probably the meanest thing we could do to another species is giving them fifth element version of elon
Last year the US imported ~8 million barrels of oil per day from 86 countries and exported about ~10 million barrels per day to 160 countries. Why didn’t we simply net it out at 2 million and stop all imports? Setting up additional drilling infrastructure not only takes time, but it’s often far more profitable to import/export over sea or intl borders. Why would we stop the profitable export of oil and prevent the profitable purchase of oil to spend time and money just moving oil across the country?
He’ll start buying russian natural resources at a dollar on the dime and gas prices will drop a little bit and all the dumb idiots that voted for him will drool and smile because “ooga booga feels good” while he pulls out of nato and the world marches towards WWIII
Sometimes the regime needs less babies because it’s hard on the machine. Sometimes the regime needs more because they need bodies to feed the machine
There’s a reason why all the cyberpunk stories are about corporatacracies and/or spacefaring feudalist states running human society in the future. Life imitates art.
Ah my favorite four products all on the same shelf. Alkaline, alka-seltzer, alka-sauce, and alkahol

Definitely. I don’t know where the quote came from, but it always sits in the back of my head: “you’re always two steps away from losing all your stability.” No matter your lot in life, you’ve probably built a routine. That routine can always be destroyed by something in a flash.
One man’s trash is actually that same man’s server, now
Money says this case is never heard
Considering how many kids get into Ivy League schools purely because of who their parents are and/or how much money they donate, you’re most certainly right
💥 is the actual gunshot, the POW is just the cop loudly saying POW every time he shoots but he forgot the last one
A cool thing you can do with Wikipedia is anchor links for sections like https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marburg_virus#Vaccination
Or even in the case just link to
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marburg_vaccine
Edit
After reading through, what’s probably most important is
There is a candidate vaccine against the Marburg virus called rVSV-MARV. It was developed alongside vaccines for closely-related Ebolaviruses by the Canadian government in the early 2000s, twenty years before the outbreak. Production and testing of rVSV-MARV is blocked by legal monopolies held by the Merck Group. Merck acquired rights to all the closely-related candidate vaccines in 2014, but declined to work on most of them, including the Marburg vaccine, for economic reasons. While Merck returned the rights to the abandoned vaccines to the Public Health Agency of Canada, the vital rVSV vaccine production techniques which Merck had gained (while bringing the closely-related rVSV-ZEBOV vaccineinto commercial use in 2019, with GAVI funding) remain Merck’s, and cannot be used by anyone else wishing to develop a rVSV vaccine.
I would argue that they care about the ROI more than anything else. Always has been
