Funny how this is posted to World, but it’s an exclusively American phenomenon. I’m in the UK and haven’t had to use my physical signature to pay for anything for about fifteen years, let alone something as trivial as a restaurant bill.

Not surprising. He was sadly too divisive to be a widely-popular Labour leader, but afaik he’s well-liked by his actual constituents, and this backs that up.

Parents got involved, and he eventually (and reluctantly) had to give me one of his games as compensation. He gave me Mission: Impossible, disk only, no manual. Terrible game. I’m still annoyed.
