I’m not a huge fan of bumper stickers, but I might make an exception for this 🤔
Yeah, I bought a Tesla and now regret it because Elon is a dipshit.
That said, I’ve gone over 38,000 miles for less than $900 in electricity. I haven’t had to deal with oil changes or any other maintenance items other than tire rotations and tire replacement (the latter was of my own accord they actually said I didn’t need to yet, at the time).
I recently did a nearly 4hr trip with no need to charge on the way, and at my destination basically filled back up in something like 25 minutes while checking in to my hotel. So, no range anxiety for me.
The ride is nice, the features are helpful to me, and I have had no other issues with the vehicle.
So if it weren’t for Elon I’d love it. I still like it, but I just hate being seen in it now. It’s paid off so the financial cost of getting some other EV doesn’t make a ton of sense right now, so I guess I’ll just drive it until it dies…which at this rate might be a long-ass time.
Do you mean like…those gyroscopes you’d spin up using twine?
Kuhn Rikon Swiss Peelers. They come in 3-packs for like $15. They’re sharp AF, lightweight and easy to use.
Travel a little, volunteer in the community, use any (if any) excess funds to try and better the things around me, cook more, adopt pets.
Waiting for the day we finally and collectively eat the rich.
Oh, it tastes fine, I’m saying like…energy-wise and sugar-crash-wise I feel bad. Just wondering if I’m missing something.
Serious question, if I live off just that, I end up feeling like absolute garbage. That’s even with supplementing it with greens like spinach and some other veggies and vitamin supplements. What am I missing?
Like, macro-wise, I can replace meat and other things, but it doesn’t seem to hit the same?
The UK doesn’t have real sushi? Like you can’t even buy sushi grade fish from a local mart and try making it yourself?
OP, please take this succinct statement to heart.
I’ve owned or adjacently owned or been involved with multiple businesses. It always starts out as excitement, it always turns in to paperwork and lawyers and permits and licenses.
I loved the people, the customers (some), the employees, etc. but I always spent more time doing business shit than the things I loved doing. And it erodes your soul over time.
Now, if you end up with an award-winning thing and can afford to pay for some help with some of that stuff? Hell yeah. That’s the dream. But it can be tough to get there.
I guess I see what you’re saying, especially since there’s a call-out to someone falling backwards on the left side.
If I had to guess it’s to showcase the grind can’t last forever, but I suppose it could introduce that ambiguity that causes pause.
I think ultimately it is just that they are working to turn the cylinder that moves the cog that elevates the resources upward and then they’re hoping they get some overspill.
There are days I get up at 7am and don’t eat until ~8pm so…probably fine?
Sadly, I have a hard time believing this.
Hahhahhahahahahaha
Really? I’ve been dubious of these but…if true…
wtf @ the bluetooth wheelie
Unbelievably sick after some seafood at a well-rated place near me.
Dizzy, cramps, shitting.
Stood up after, nauseated. Went to vomit and blacked out, woke up with chipped teeth, bleeding nose, mangled lip, and what would become a black eye whilst lying in a puddle of blood.
Best I can gather is I face planted hard directly onto the edge of the toilet and then the floor. But I honestly don’t know.
Ended up having to go to the ER and getting stitches. Recovery for non drinkable foods was some 1-2 weeks.
Have scars from it.
