Since I doubt he is a certified member of the National Socialist Party, I’d argue the more accurate term would be “neo-Nazi”.

Oh… wouldn’t you like “to” know?
Our telemetry data determined that no one was using it so we decided to drop that feature.
Just go to about:dont-grind_my-bones/39a667aa-b5c5-441c-9df9-0f75e3fc588d
and configure it there. It’s so straightforward and obvious that it’s literally your fault if you didn’t notice it.
That only works for you because you already care about other people’s life. To the typical road vigilante, an orphanage full of blind children means nothing compared to their sacred lane they were tasked to protect.
Yup. Many of these accidents take two idiots to pull off. Don’t be the second idiot.
If I pull the lever hard enough, will the trolley reverse? If so - can I jump on it to avoid the conversation?
Does that mean that said families will never want to talk with me?
Yes, but then you’d be joining a group activity.
I already knew I’m a mental freak, but thanks for affirming it!
Bold of you to assume I’ll ever feel okay again.
Should Greece really be on that list? The only criterion where it’s not grayed out is “Awarded Parts of China to Japan”, which actually means “signed the Treaty of Versailles after WWI”. And unlike many of the other countries that signed it, Greece did not get anything to itself from it.
So if you don’t sell it, and instead rent it out to other people, he’d get a portion of the rent the future tenant pays? And I don’t supposed said future tenant will also get equity?
Have you consulted with a lawyer about this? The laws differ from place to place, but I’d be worried the equity you give him may also grant him some sort of claim on the house, which would mean he gets a say on financial things related to the real estate. This can complicate things in the future.
Also - what does “percentage of revenue if we end up keeping and paying it off years later” mean? That after he leaves you will pay him for his share in your house?
Are we fat-shaming cars now?
Sounds like English vs Vikings all over again
