Because fuck truck drivers, commercial fishermen, pilots, traveling salesmen, and all those other people who routinely spend weeks or months away from home, and still wind up with a few hours a week of free time to watch streams.
I had them cram it with walnuts when they nearly tripled the price of it. Brave browser gets me 90% of the features with 0% of the effort or cost. Just can’t download. No worries.
And 100% of the referrer-hijacking. 🤣

Idk about the alt browser but for downloading there’s ytdl on pc and ytdlnis on android.
