people who go outside with zero spatial awareness. if youre going to walk slow, stay to the side. if you go up to get a closer view and take a pic, gtfo once ur done so others can get closer
they just wanted to save everyone the embarassment of being -40 minutes late to work
i used to be so anxious and shy i could hardly say a word to my best friends from childhood. you embarrass yourself over and over till it starts to get a little easier. now i can talk to a group of people i dont know well with only a little anxiety
i like to read philosophy. buddhist, islamic, hindu, european. doesnt matter. you can find stories of people going through the worst shit imaginable and finding peace. gives me hope
my favorite switches all the time. currently obsessed w chamomile, thai assam, hojicha (roasted green), and also earl gray! tho we make london fogs w lavendar mostly
you clearly dont live in the usa our food is poison
some counties also have “no wrong number” programs, so if you can get a call to, say, the health department, they can redirect you to better services
i wouldnt hesitate to reach out to family down south as they may be most able to legally help you. i would not call the cops, they are useless. hunt for shelter and other hotlines, ideally chats if the walls are thin!
i love this so much
wild to me how businesses will piss their pants about losing street parking that so few cars can even fit on when it means dozens more can now come by bike. cars can always park in the back/in the garage, way more people are able to come if there’s vehicle-free ways to do so
daily affirmations would be nice for the kiddos
theres 1 bar left where i am that has live metal bands om a regular basis… good reminder to check their shows its been a year
seeing a band in person can make such a huuge difference its insane
i like my galaxy buds live a lot as theyre not actually in-ear. not necessarily for sleep but comfy to me
i was a personal trainer for a bit and honestly if you were my client id ask you to go get guidelines from a physical therapist first. swimming and light calisthenics should be fine, but listen to your body first and do not push it/make it hurt
