I use macOS, but yes windows is more stable than desktop Linux overall
I use Linux every day but it’s not useable on the desktop and nobody who knows anything about computers thinks otherwise
Are you telling me he should be hitting on them in this situation?
People who use the word “fanboy” care way more than the other side, it’s like android saying it to Apple users

181·7 days agoI have a LG oled tv and keep it off the internet because I keep hearing about crap like this
I connect it occasionally because it has been pretty unstable and I hope that updates will resolve issues, but seems they are more concerned about updating ads etc than improving the system software
At least cloud compute will be cheap when everyone realises LLMs are pretty garbage

61·27 days agoApple has spent 5 years selling products with neural cores in them, they are well placed to add functionality that runs on device
They were also smart enough to realise a few years back that the tech was half baked and held of until now
Would be nice if we started blocking these big US tech companies who don’t pay their share, their value is questionable
EU alternatives should be regulated better and I am sure they would pop up almost immediately
