Honestly I only made/posted this meme to annoy a Dutch buddy. I can read Dutch, weirdly, given enough time. I don’t completely understand why because I sure as shit never studied it. Then again I can’t remember like anything before being 20 years old so fuck knows, maybe I am dutch!

Well now I’m just confused because that doesn’t make any sense. The comments were removed on Midwest.social. My account is not. How am I supposed to click edit on a comment that’s on another instance that I don’t have an account on?
The head admin of your instance permanently banned me a year ago for no reason. I only just found out yesterday and messaged them asking what gives. They had no idea either, couldn’t remember and unbanned me. Everyone else on basically any other instance had no issue. More info on what happened.
Bro. The amount of harassment I get is fucking unreal, it just happens to usually be from admins more than anyone else. But me and Picard have both had to deal with our fair share of lunatics users. Hell, I’ve got a straight up stalker who won’t stop harassing me with new accounts and shit. We just both kept posting and ignored the douchebags. Now we get regularly pinged by people saying thanks or some other compliment my autistic ass has no idea how to process. Things change.
It is heavily dependant on the instance and whether they have that set up. Lemmy.world will send notices but not all instances do. I don’t think lemmy.world will send a notification saying you’ve been banned from the instance though, I could be wrong
