If I’m born with a 6th finger there’s not necessarily anything wrong with that but at the same time if I want it amputated that should be my choice and my right.

Accepting yourself is preferable but I think it’s just as valid to make choices about your own life if you can. Whether it’s a disease or not isn’t the issue.

  • Google translate gives me: “Showers are not allowed in this toilet.”

Better than what they have, but I think ChatGPT does better again: “This toilet does not allow showering.”

I decided to run it through copilot out of curiosity and even though it uses chatgpt as well it seemed to do even better in my opinion: “You’re not allowed to bathe in this restroom.”

Which I think is the intended message, don’t try tu wash yourself in there.

  • He was born in 89 which is very close to my age. Most people my age that are kind of techy but don’t do it as a job or main hobby probably tried Linux around 2010 or so, at which time it was rubbish for gaming, and wrote it off as impractical. It absolutely makes sense for someone that hasn’t tried it since then to say “now” when referring to its ability to play most games well, because it’s relative to when they last tried it.

Rainbow gets you to 7, which I can do without thinking: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet. 2 biggest non rainbow colours: pink, brown. Then you just need to name any of the more unique colours: teal, cyan. That’s where I got to before I had to actually stop and think. You could probably add another to the rainbow by listing purple as distinct from violet. You should probably avoid black and white in case the person is being pedantic.

  • Letting them pass. If it’s a 4 lane highway get in the right lane and drive a speed different from the car next to you.

So, slow down? If it’s a multilane road they’re going to overtake. And I think it’s disingenuous to assume they’re choosing to go under the speed limit in the fast/over taking lane.

Based on context its far more likely this is happening on a single lane road, which, generally speaking, you’re more likely to drive near the speed limit on anyway. And I’d rather someone tailgate me at a low speed than a high speed, if they’re going to tailgate either way.

  • If someone is driving recklessly or tailgating they’re the ones creating the problem, not the person choosing to respond by slowing down slightly. Driving 2 mph under the speed limit isn’t exactly grinding traffic to a halt. If someone is driving dangerously around me I’d rather force them to slow down if it makes things a bit safer.
