Completely agree! The concept of Culinary Diplomacy is actually practiced by a few countries around the world and is often implemented in partnership with emigrants from those nations. South Korea did this with their “Kimchi Diplomacy” back in 2009 and it was considered very successful. It is one of the reasons Korean food became so popular here in the U.S. around then. I think this has been happening since a lot of the assistive driving features started appearing. I know in my (rural) area a lot of people avoid cars with lane assistance because it can interfere with driving tighter and less well painted roads.
