I counted calories for a bit to eat healthier and balance my nutrition.
I stopped after 3 months but I quickly realized that serving sizes ae WAY smaller than you’d think.
A bowl of cereal or chips could be 2 or 3 servings. Donuts and muffins are garbage. Ham and cheese? Triple the ham and cut the cheese in half. Mayo is horrible but plain mustard is 0 cal.
I didn’t eat any less but I made my meals healthier and lost weight without changing my workout.
I also ate bad stuff without cheating. Chicken salad for dinner and a scoop of ice cream for a late night snack under budget.
This reminds me of the wood chips delivery in the driveway bit…

The book is damn good too. Took an odd turn a bit deeper in but I like the direction.
Fav manga.
Long list but I’ll list the one I’ve reread the most.
Standard shonen but more mature than most. It got beat out by Bleach so it never got animated. Still completed story though cut short.

The biggest issue here is the student cheating himself. You can’t learn if you lean on it too much.
A proper use case would be using an LMM like a tutor. “I have an assignment. Here is my essay. What other points can I make? I’m stuck here. How can I rephrase my point?” Vs “Do my homework for me”
Apparently they added that after punishing the kid.
A better punishment would have been making him redo the assignment.

I want to set it up in my home so husband and 2 kids can access and share within GOG TOS.
Is there a feature to automatically download installers and patch files from GOG to the server?
Seems like a good feature to have to maintain an offline library.
And it’s only going to get WAY WORSE with LLM and Gen AI…
More like I come in to fix someone’s aging infrastructure and find a QuickBooks share with read/write everyone because people are too lazy to RTFM.

The movie gattaca does this well. No murder or cleansing. But you can have a natural birth or IVF with the Impurities stripped out. “The best of you.”

This sounds like something in the dystopian future where they take volunteers from “the poors” so thier families can survive if they win…

Isn’t the main issue in aging the limit of cell division? Cells can only divide a certain number of times.
Maybe find some crazy ass backwards way to produce more stem cells in a person that the body delivers to key areas?

If I gotta do wireless I get one with a RF dongle/base.
Astro A50 Wireless. Needs a dongle but it’s waaaay more stable than any bluetooth headset. Both on range and audio quality.
