I don’t agree with her but I haven’t personally seen instance wide bad behavior from its users.

Until the users start brigading, harassing, or other unsocial behaviors I don’t think hilarious chaos should be defederated. I don’t agree with her but I haven’t personally seen instance wide bad behavior from its users.
The admin, mods and users are all toxic and the fediverse would be better without them.
It’s called being proactive.
If you want to wait and see the hate spread, setting up your own instance is an option.
