    20 hours of fixed overtime? That doesn’t sound that good… Hopefully at least paid overtime on top of the 350,000 yen, but it doesn’t sound like it.

    Sounds like similar reasons why MAPPA was founded to begin with, but to immediately start demanding overtime is not a good first impression…

    An example provided for an experienced employee’s salary is 350,000 yen per month, including 20 hours of fixed overtime.

    I don’t know why but I always thought of Japan’s salaries to be higher, this seems small for an experienced profile.
