There are actions to be taken. Keep having the conversations you’re having. Find groups to support that can resist. Be visible and loud. Call their bluffs. Protect the vulnerable.

What a beta
The USA isn’t particularly functional at the moment, but I’d hesitate to say it’s lost much of the safety it had YET.
Most are still going to work, not being robbed, not being shot in the street, and so forth SO FAR.
Those things may change, but I’d be cautious about calling the USA unsafe until it actually is. I’d still rather be in most of America than most of, say, Syria right now from that standpoint.
No. Good people would refuse to be a part of some groups. It’s definitional that smne groups are entirely comprised of bad people.
The rational reaction to this is to assume that the host was introducing a guest to an audience on an audio medium as a courtesy to the listener.
