Where I live, surprising number of professors use linux on their school computers. Right now 1 out of 3 professors I have already use linux
maybe for enthusiasts, but the average person isn’t making bug reports.
I like at least 1 device that actually works without issue. Like missing calls for a job interview for example is pretty bad and where I live google maps for public transit and cars are essential. OSM is horrible btw, a good 25% or more of places aren’t on OSM where I live, and I can’t just add them on the fly every time I need to go there.
bruh Linux phones don’t even standby working ffs.

Cards are inconvenient
I don’t get how any of that are negatives. I like guis, cli is good for scrupting, but what happens if/when you forget or just dont know a command or it’s options? Time to open the manual and spend hours learning exactly what argument and parameters does what.
Basic options on Linux requires terminal, last time I tried changing network settings like DNS on Gnome or KDE I had to fix their BS with nmtui, but sure linux is so ready…
