I run two niche communities but I’m fine with them being slow because I don’t particularly care about the mod position - I just wanted a space to post two things I like

I run two insignificant communities for posting vids. Gotta post YT to have something, but I try to find alternatives and encourage others too.

I’m trying to encourage people to use other video services in general but getting out of YT jail is pretty hopeless. Happy when I do see a non-YT vid tho.
