I can watch a Blu ray that’s uncompressed and it’ll link better than a “4K stream” but again there are other factors at play.

4k/UHD content on Bu-ray discs is totally a thing, and the PS5 disc edition supports it. Obviously a disc with uncompressed 4k content would look better than a compressed 4k stream.

yeah, honestly it makes no sense for this to be an issue. Like I can kinda get it if I’m doing things like unplugging the dock quick connect cable and attaching the type cover keyboard and then trying to wake and it freaks out and needs a reboot. But to be totally unresponsive until a hard power reset even without doing those things is just crazy.

so … which distro are you using? I’ve been using a Surface Pro 9 with Fedora 44 and the linux-surface kernel and supporting packages installed on top. I’ve been annoyed with sleep/wake overall (it often doesn’t wake and I have to hold the power button and force a reboot).

Why say it in a vague way?

Because being vague in that context is the point. So that they can recontextualize it later, when quotes in a different group/setting. People who see or hear that speech or sound it’s can simply perceive themselves as part of the referenced community and feel included and spoken for.
