IMO ppl should be using W10 IoT LTSC. That’s the only right way to use W10.
Also, no Linux as Linux still can’t run SM Office. /s
ARLs for FLACs are easily available. So Deemix still works smoothly.
The only issue I have found is that it often doesn’t download LRC files.
I recommend Smart AudioBook Player. Has loads of features with decent library management
Thanks. After going through, I decided to stick with my current setup.
Mastodon is by the biggest contributor to Fediverse as a whole. Has been adopted by tons of Orgs like EU, W3C, Verge, Flipboard, etc.
How is the current state of Plasma 6? Can I drive it on daily basis under Wayland and test it out? I dont have nvidia too.
You can use Annas Archive as alternative. More content.
What’s the usual cost for self hosting a server? Also, is there some way I can use Google Drives/OneDrive/Mega as storage solution for these services?
They have moved to 10nm nodes which have density of 7nm nodes of TSMC afaik. They call these nodes Intel 7.
Afaik, Intel is also planning to move Intel 5 and other nodes.
But you dont know if they are going to nuke those hosters or not.
Is someone archiving their stuff?
The project looks good. Will try if someday I decide to self-host stuff.
I have been thinking of maybe having some way that Audiobooks (split in mp3s) are available directly to stream using Podcast Apps like Pocket Casts.
I got to the point where I can split the M4B into Mp3s, and manually creating the XML File for the podcast. The only problem is where should I host it.
Plasma 6 has been shaping up to real nice. Excited to try it when it launches in Feb.
Kudos to the entire team for doing so much of the leg work.
Yup. They spoof you as Pixel OG and you get Unlimited Backup in OG resolution. I have been using it on my main acc for past 6 months or so.
Same. I never needed those bell & whistles from other apps and found Transmission to get the job done.
Yeah. Classic corporate bulldozing everything!
But sadly 99% of people use this broken version of software.
Just FYI, you could also switch to Windows 10 IoT LTSC for longer support (2029 IG)
