Honestly none. My favorite android browser would be kiwi but it’s not exactly actively maintained which feels very insecure. I’m currently using firefox but it’s nothing like its desktop equivalent.

That’s probably the safest way of crossing but getting in front of cars and hoping they will slow down is scary. I just try to avoid these intersections all together.
Yeah, one of the places in dire need of a traffic light. But in the absence of it I will definitely blame cars for not following basic rules.
You know, today I was at an intersection with my bike, where I had a stop sign and the other street had a lot of traffic. Usually I wait for a car on my street to try crossing so I can cross with them because no car is gonna stop for a bicycle. But I made the mistake of staying on the right side when apparently most of the cars on my street wanted to turn right, going in front of me. Less than half of them used their turn signal. Seriously people?
Just to add, some lemmy apps (eg. Thunder) also do a similar aggregation.
True, it’s just an example to always look at the output. I’ve definitely used that in Fedora to reinstall packages when something stopped working after an upgrade.
(Maybe this doesn’t happen by itself in Debian but I wouldn’t trust Ubuntu for example)
Apparently apt has a stroke sometimes. I don’t think I’ve had an update fuck up this bad but it’s better to read the output so you know what changed in case something stops working.
I’d like to one day have the confidence to do upgrade -y
That’s pretty much the idea, you put it in much better words than me. Let’s make community boxes the default and if you want home delivery you can have that.
Side comment, I don’t get how the US deals with porch pirates. Here someone needs to be at home and sign to receive the delivery because literally leave a brick outside and it will have been picked up by someone within the next couple of hours.
This is very close to your mail example but can we please move on from delivering items directly to houses? Just give me a destribution center or box at a 10-15 min walking distance and I’ll gladly pick up everything from there when it’s actually convenient. We can still keep the other model for special cases.
Depends what it’s based on. It should have a similar runtime. So short story -> movie, book -> mini series. If it’s like a series of 5 books I guess it can be a full TV show.
Interesting, on the first sentence I actually thought of many different sizes and shapes for the ball, then realized I’d have to pick one before moving on to the next part, so it was kind of a conscious decision. I ended up with a simple grey anti-stress ball. But the table was always the same, light brown wood. All focus is on the ball so the person is just a silhouette partly out of camera but the hand is white and wearing a black sleeve. I only chose what the person looked like after the questions based on what felt right for the initial visualization, like panning out the camera.
There’s another question though. Would your mind get into all this trouble if you didn’t know there would be questions coming?
Or maybe 80% of people are unhappy. No data here either
Is there a difference at this point? If it doesn’t automatically correct you, you don’t have to correct it back.
At this point its main function is adding apostrophes and tildes to words. About half the time it does that when it’s not needed and needs correction. Eg. the first “its” in this comment.
I only watched it much later as an adult, maybe that’s what I’m missing.
Finally someone who agrees about poltergeist. Most people seem to like it even though it has aged pretty badly.
Isn’t this kind of obvious? But it has nothing to do with EVs themselves. If we count it like this, iphone owners should also have a bigger footprint. I don’t think anybody is claiming EVs would eliminate all issues.
You could try coughing uncontrollably next time. If they don’t get the point then, there’s no way they could be reasoned with.
