1·28 days agoI’d love to start making up nerdy explanations, and I mean its plausible bending spacetime all willy nilly might have some local inertial side-effects, but the concept of inertial dampers is honestly quite out there. That and the artificial gravity.

65·29 days agonah, thats movement relative to space time, warp suggests bending said space time in order to, relative to your destination, move faster than light, while essentially staying motionless in spacetime.
In this paradigm inertia is very much not a thing
happened to my laptop q couple of years ago and my stationary just this summer :|

2·3 months agoYou can’t just compare GDP spendings and call it efficiency without accounting for the output.
Does the USA educate the same fraction of their population as Sweden? Otherwise it’s comparing apples to pears.
Not that efficiency is the top priority in my book, but sure, it’s not an unimportant metric by any means.
