I suppose that’s true, and by the same token, you don’t know that my company IS killing people with DNR, like you DO now know UH is doing.

I cancelled that company as soon as they lost their ceo, and went with another company, which may not be any better. But at least my current company isn’t killing people remotely with DNRs. gah!
Mr. “How to make friends, and influence people” at it again. smh
After top surgery you can spin, like forever!
My first guess, and the apparent reason for doing this is simple. Russian trains can currently run right into Finland, and this change will stop that route of invasion.
“Finland’s track gauge is the same as Russia’s was in the late 19th and early 20th century— 1,524mm — which is 89mm wider than the European standard.”
The answer is in the first few words of the article, “Finland’s track gauge is the same as Russia’s was in the late 19th and early 20th century— 1,524mm — which is 89mm wider than the European standard.”
So again, why is it that you oppose this change?
The US has a party that promotes voting and voting rights, and alas another which does everything possible to prevent voting.
I just looked up the numbers Wednesday, in a similar question comparing US to Canada. You are squarely in the middle of the error bars with your numbers, alas, speaking as one USian who is actually able to read and comprehend.
(not) signing so many trade deals
If one is poor, doesn’t have garden space or time for gardening, because they are working multiple jobs to keep the rent paid, lives in a food desert area all of the fast food options become more likely. And yes, with education one could learn to sprout lentils, connect directly with farmers to cut costs by buying bulk/direct, etc. Many towns have organizations that work for food security, but not everyone benefits from these.
And most of those nutrients by volume or mass is water soluble fibers, a.k.a. prebiotics.
Not only AIDS/HIV. Can we talk about measles, polio, probably a host of other diseases both established and upcoming. Did you hear about the shuttering of the Integrated Research Facility at Ft. Detrick, TX, one of the BSL4 research sites where work on dangerous diseases can be done in a controlled environment?
Hmm, let’s see…
One slice of white bread has about 0.5g of fiber. And you are suggesting eating a loaf of white bread a day. Omni Calculator (https://www.omnicalculator.com/health/fiber) suggests for a male who is 5.5 ft, 130 pounds, 30 y.o. should get 29g of fiber - roughly 58 slices. So about 2 loaves of white bread per day would get one in the range for fiber. You are only off by 1/2. Keep trying. You’ll get there.
I’ve heard the term Punk Vegan, living on white bread, peanut butter and jelly. Problem for many is that those foods which are less healthy are also less expensive. Which leads to people with lower income eating less well, and getting sick as a result. Being poor, in many ways, is more expensive.

specifically AI-slop. Literally a place where a human could have put some “western diet” foods on a table and snapped a pic with their phone and it would have been better. The only reason to not do this is because all those “western diet” processed foods that are so unhealthy have large corps, with lots of lawyers. And those corps might get upset.
Right, I’m looking for instructions to do this hack? A video, wikihow, please?
That link claims no author. I first saw it in Douglas Hofstadter’s Godel Escher Bach, which I can also highly recommend.
