In my opinion it’s better leave the filtering of inappropriate content at the discretion of the mod, maybe r/k_on’s content is pretty wholesome (comparing to maybe r/LuckyStar and r/BocchiTheRock), because of that. Keeping a moderation log about why this or that was banned (warned) it’s ok, but still… maybe replace links with post ids or usernames or discuss it only in comments or something else…

You need to be able to view the posts in order for them to function as a guideline. They are not that bad because I would remove them otherwise. I don’t think most people will go into the guidelines and scroll way down anyway, unless they are looking to post something.
Cleavage is about exposing parts of the breasts by lack of clothing in the middle, it is not about the actual size of the breasts.
So Himawari being big is not a problem.
