Stock, 1st party apps-only Windows 11? From what I have seen of it (which admittedly is not much, I won’t install it on my machines), it looks very limited in UI customization.

Everybody uses Arch btw, can’t quit Vim, <loves/tolerates/hates> systemd, and wants to interject for a moment. You can stop now.
