Ftr, since I was confused about this comment as well: https://www.politico.eu/article/head-amnesty-international-ukraine-quits-report-kyiv-war-tactics-russia-propaganda/

To me, it doesn’t support the accusation of intentional support for Russia but playing into their propaganda with a flawed report.
