Searching comaps gets two top results looking the same. One is roughly 50mb and the other is in the 60s. The larger os Fdroid hosted and the other Izzyondroid.
What is the difference, which should I get?

Afaik on Izzy you can find the Codeberg version.
But it may be the play version, and the reason for the size difference is the built in world map
