Considering the eclectic team/formation Arteta put out that was a decent result. Great experience for some of the players - notably Salmon and Dowman.

Fair play to Mansfield, they were well up for that and made a really good account of themselves. I’m glad they got a goal, even if it did cause some of us some stress. Their fans and players deserved something to cheer about. I hope they can avoid relegation.

I really enjoyed that. A couple of our players pulled in stinkers but I guess we need to consider how used they are to playing on rice fields, plus Mansfield were absolutely up for it.
