voyager and boost on android, mlmym on web/desktop

i heard you can have multiple feeds on piefed for example. i can’t on lemmy.
with that gpu, x11 might work better than wayland. i’ll probably get downvoted for this but keeping macos isn’t a bad choice, there’s a firefox fork that tracks latest while retaining older macos support.

it’s a difference approach, OP maximizes the data being harvested to make it harder to tell what the real usage data is, turning off javascript minimizes the data being collected but potentially makes you unique and stand out among other vanilla users
something made with “ai” that’s shitty enough to make me notice and cringe

…actually seems quite reasonable.

why this over keepassxc?

hmm that’s weird… have you tried installing one from apkmirror? you’re running stock android 9 right?

btw there’s something similar that still works on modern *nix https://fsv.sourceforge.net/

i have many older (~2014) androids with replacable batteries and none of them can do it. however you can directly attach power to the battery connector to boot the device without a battery

haven’t watched the video yet, but the medium article sounds very much like llm slop

are you running the stock rom and have google play store? if so, try updating the webview there.
webview is kind of separate from android system itself and can be updated separately.

which device are you on? it might be possible to update the webview itself.

i use discord because of my friends. reddit occasionally but very rarely these days. hackernews a lot but it’s not really ‘mainstream platform’…
aside from that there’s few forums in my local language that’s still kinda thriving.

to me cloning from codeberg is much slower than github and sometimes even fails. i understand it’s not possible to have m$ scale server geo balancing and stuff from a nonprofit but yeah. i do try to use it more these days tho.
im using disroot mail as my primary mail since 2021, it’s quite reliable and the community seem friendly

thanks a lot for sharing, i haven’t known much electronic music before so it’s quite eye opening. :)

…soo it’s vibeshit… but the idea seems funny (and this isn’t really meant to be a real replacement for ublock so seems fine for me)
conversations.im seems to be pretty good
