Demons in Frieren were shown to be irredeemable monsters so many times, people arguing they aren’t are idiots. There’s no benefit of the doubt to be given to them.

Zanshi@lemmy.worldto linuxmemes@lemmy.world•Who needs stable, feature-rich desktops anyway71·2 months agoEh, Gnome is fine. I like KDE, but I’d rather use my PC for the stuff I want to use it for rather than obsessively change some stuff so it looks better only to change it the next time I boot it again.

Include Platform.English2·5 months agoI use sync occasionally, and I found it has some features literally no other app has (or I’m too dumb to find them) like easy instance switching. It’s right there on the main screen, you just click instances, pick a federated instance, and boom, now you’re seeing stuff from that instance. I wish more apps has that.

I’m a bit more than happy to do it now but I don’t think I can do it now but I don’t know what to do with me and I don’t know what to do with me but I don’t know what to do with me and I don’t know what to do with me
Huh, mine got a bit loopy

I mean they were doomed when they started asking for money in addition to pointing people how to break encryption and stuff so you can play those definitely your copies of TotK that was leaked
I’ll be a bit pedantic, but originally Android: Netrunner was made by WotC. It was one of the four TCGs created under the Deckmaster label, of which only MTG still exists.
FFG licensed it for a long time and made it one of their big LCGs, but a while ago WotC decided to not give them the license anymore (or did they ask for a lot more money for renewal or something? Not sure) so FFG basically had to stop making it despite it being quite successful.
Are you playing FFG Netrunner or Nisei?
I’m in the same boat. Best terminal app I’ve used in a long while. Not using AI features
Zanshi@lemmy.worldto Linux@lemmy.ml•Is it worth buying the Mac keyboard for a dedicated Linux PC instead of the windows one?2·1 year agoHuh, interesting. Since I got a Mac at work I have problems going back as command/alt + key feel a lot more natural than control + key.
Except E.Wedel is owned by Korean chaebol Lotte. Which is… I don’t even know honestly, I just know chaebols do a lot of fucked up shit. I guess my point is there is no ethical consumption under capitalism
Honestly yeah, I like having my CDs in their cases on the shelf so if I want to listen to a specific CD I can take it out and play it in a CD player. Sure I have so much music at my fingertips thanks to streaming, but there’s something really personal about taking a disk to listen to it. I guess I understand now what people used to say about vinyls back in the day
They both have seen better days, but I’m not as quick to ignore a new Nerd video as I am to do so with NC.

I think he was right in that belief. Invasion of Japan by US forces would be far more deadly and devastating to both nations in terms of lost lives.
Apparently the purple hearts manufactured in anticipation of such an invasion during WWII are still awarded today with about 120k still in stock.
In my experience it was KDE 3 that was praised, while 4 was shunned for being too bloated, and trying to be too much like Windows Aero
