What I ment was, I unlocked the boot loader, installed a different OS and then was able to relock the boot loader. Sorry for the confusion, thats my fualt, I should learn to better lol

I installed GraphienOS, so I block or not use google accounts for anything on the phone.

No more google. Though I do have a google phone, I’m running graphene OS with no google apps on it. And I use the full proton suit of things. Including their VPN on all my devices
In the US the manager is likely to tell them all to pound sand if they dont like it. We have very few workers rights here sadly. You are correct that being in a Union would be much better. I wish we had more of that here, but a lot of people believe the BS that they get fed from thier corporate overloards that Unions are bad.
