I changed my visa in January, so I ended up with the new card, and I installed the app and set it up. It was relatively easy… by Korean app standards. However, at the immigration office, they had signs up saying that the old cards were still valid until their expiration dates, so there was no reason to get a new card if you were only there for a standard visa renewal. The new cards also cost 35,000 won instead of 30,000 for the old cards, so of course people aren’t going to be rushing to the least pleasant place in the country just to wait in line and pay extra for a new card they don’t need!
Okay the extension I have is called “Sound Input & Output Device Chooser.” I think that if you install this and the Other extension above your problem will be solved.
I use Pop and have a Gnome extension that helps with this. I’m not at home now and I can’t remember the name but I can report back later.
Doing a quick search on this gave me “Application Volume Mixer” but I don’t think this is the exact extension I have.
I ran into a problem like this once, and after banging my head against the wall for days it turned out the solution was just running
sudo apt autoremoveThat took care of removing a bunch of old stuff in the boot partition that I will not pretend to understand.
