Section 230 only applies to people who you aren’t virtually guiding to do these illegal/harmful things. Only downside is if you switch in and out of PiP mode, or rewatch a unfinished video 12 minutes in YouTube will ban your IP for like 6hrs. Which is trivial with a VPN. I think switching from full video to pop out mode essentially refreshes the video load, and starting a view mid way through must be suspicious or bot like.

There’s plenty of valid concerns and you should be repeating them everytime ai is mentioned, otherwise its hard to get people on the same page that can lead to educated laws and regulations against Ai. Yeah its been a good year or two that you pretty much need a phone number.
If its a fresh residential IP that’s not already been flagged, or you havent made too many gmail accounts already then it might still work. You might have to buy a new device completely and then it works. But I am doubtful, I don’t have the resources to test all of that but from what it seems they’re locking out all the methods.

You cannot create a gmail without a phone number these days. There used to be work aroubda where you sign up for a gmail via youtube or on a smart TV (don’t advise the smart TV one), but I’m sure that doesn’t work anymore.
I think if you don’t want the gmail associated with your phone number you just have to buy a prepaid phone. If you live in a country where you can’t pay for prepaids with cash and without an I’D, then I don’t know. Welcome to the ponopticon I guess.

And because ai output is cancerous to ai training data more and more of what uses to be free information is now becoming information you can only access if you login with a verified phone number tied to a Id or straight up provide these people with your personal info which will get leaked as proven recently. They can’t have ai taint their social media platforms because that’s where their Ai is getting trained.
Google is locking down android and making it harder and harder for Roms like graphene to exist, and are essentially locking out alternatives In a time when its pretty much impossible to make an alternative platform. People need their phones sadly to function in modern day life, and so much of society is trying to force you to use apps for things as simple as getting into your apartment, or seeing a menu at a restaurant.

Also googles captcha is only going to work if its running on a verified android device. So if apps or more web services started using googles captcha then you are literally just locked out of the internet.

One of the few upsides to ai is that our words kind of carry more weight now. Investors, and big companies used to have to pay a third party to get insights on what the public thought of their brand or product.
Now its instantaneous and accessible in google search, so when the entire internet calls it microslop it effects their bottom line.
